Error writing the project file. Error loading type library/DLL.

P: n/a

I am having problem creating new project using VS.Net 2003.

Whenever I am trying to create new project (any type) it shows error

"Error writing the project file. Error loading type library/DLL".

I faced this problem before and it was solved when I reinstall the
entire VS.Net.

I want to know if there is any solution to it other than reinstalling.

It is reproduced if I give the project path as folder name which is not
a valid folder name.

eg. c:\.dd

Is this a bug in VS.Net 2003.

Thanks for your help.
