VB.NET access data form access and xls

Hi,
I'm new in VB.NET, I writing a VB.NET program access MSAccess database.

If recevied parts, than add received items into the MS Access database.
Production software will create a xls files everynight included all parts
used in production.

My VB.NET program will access to xls files and MS Access file. Add and
subtract the parts from the files. I have sucess created ODBCdataadapter and
ODBCConnection. But I don't know how to edit the data though VB.NET command
line.

My question, how can I import from xls file to MS access table1, than delete
the parts inside the msaccess table 2. Than clear the table 1.

Please let me know where can I find more resourec to read and study.

Thanks,

Dannie Chan
