.NET CF or Embedded Visaul C++ ??

Hello guys!

I am currently doing my end of studies project which consist in developing an application for pocket pc. The application has get a video from the camera of a Pocket PC and stream it to another Pocket PC.

I am a beginner in Pocket PC application Development, I am wondering whether I should develop it using .NET Compact Framework or Visual Embedded C++.
I feel that .NET is more modern, clearer, simpler... but I am afraid to be stuck at one point in the development.

Please help, I need your advice to make my decision.

In addition, I'd be really grateful if you could give me links toward RTP and SIP stacks for .NET! :)

Sincerly,

Lionel Reyero
