ValidationExpression needed for detecting script code in a textbox

Hello Everyone

I am in search of a ValidationExpression that will detect if a user has
entered Script or HTML code inside of a textbox.

Or in the very least look for an expression that detects if there is a < or
an > in the textbox

Thanks in advance for your help
