Windows Service App

Hi.

We are in the final stages of a project which will be deployed on several
remote locations (intranets). We are automating the deployment of web apps
just like the auto updater block.. However, we are encountering some issues
when a machine updates from windows and reboots.. THe client updater will no
longer run unless you login and run the exe manually..

Is there a way to have this exe be integrated in a windows service which
will run even if no one is logged in the machine and how to set file access
permission (admin privilege)??

Thanks for any help...
