ADO.exe CPU Usuage is 99%

I am running Windows 2003 Server and IIS 6.

ADO.exe is using 99% of the of the CPU cycles.

Does anyone know what is going on here?

that could be any of a zillion different programs if you are tracking it to
ADO.EXE. I know I've seen a bunch of shareware and other crap with that
name. I don't think it's an ADO.NET issue though. Is that definitely the
..exe name? I know and the ASP.NET service can be rather instensive sometime
and you may have a thread running on and on or an endless loop or something
else of that nature.

ADO.EXE is a microsoft program according the properties.

Its internal name is ADO.NET Server
Version 5.0.1524.0
