what tables do I include in data access logic component?

I am trying to create dalc's for the following information:

Each employee may be a member of one or more groups.
Each group must have one or more members.

The following tables have been defined:
Employee
GroupMember
Group

Here are the operations that need to be performed:
View employee info.
Add an employee to the GroupMember table.
View all groups for each employee.
View all employees in each group.
Add a new group.
View groups.
Modify attributes of a group (e.g. group name, description).

I'm not sure how to design my data tier. For example, should the Group DALC contain the operation viewAllGroupMembers(), or should that operation be in a GroupMember DALC or Employee DALC?
