Am I correct that this is a developer version for non production use only?

I wish to work with it at home and a copy at work (not for production
obviously).

I called Licensing at Microsoft and got 2 answers Yes and No. India is a
nice culture but business overseas is a drag sometimes. sigh

Anyone with similar exprerience can offer an opinion this would be help.

I have SQL Developer also and I am wondering the same question?
