Unhandled NullReferenceException in microsoft.visualbasic.dll

Hello,

I have developed a multithreaded application that reads information from a
MS Message Queue. The msg queue is continuously browsed by one of the
threads; this thread pulls the messages and distribute them to other working
threads.

The application can work fine for several minutes, then an exception shows
up and stops working. Below is the error I get:
------------------
An unhandled exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in
microsoft.visualbasic.dll
Additional information: Object reference not set to an instance of an
object.
------------------
I'm using VB.NET 2003, W2K-SP3.

-Does anyone know how go around this?

joe.
