How to Compile the aspx page each time?

Hi,
For some reasons, how to make a page get compiled each time when refreshed ?

Hi Imayakumar,

When it is already compiled in a dll there is no need for it, and when not
it is done everytime just in time.

I hope this explains it a little bit?
