SSL certificates

hi
i get the following error when i try to complete a pending request, for an
ssl certificate.

Error: "The pending certificate request for this response file was not
found. This request may be cancelled. You cannot install selected response
certificate using this Wizard"

what can i do?

Shanna,

If you are using XP and getting your certificate from Verisign, that
may be the problem. Try either switching to a differant OS or try
using a certificate from another provider, such as thawte.
