I am new to Xerces, Xalan and C++ but not to XML and XSL. I have been
looking at the example but they are over my head.
<doc>
<item type="x"></item>
<item type="y"></item>
<item type="z"></item>
.... <!-- I need to add/remove <item/> here -->
</doc>
