Oops: messed up user privileges for WordPress / phpMyAdmin

Hi people,

Wanted to get started with Wordpress for a blog and followed their install instructions using phpMyAdmin (using XAMPP).

But...

I messed up user privileges of my 1st database ever :( Now I am not allowed to create another user / change privileges... How can I reset or change this..?

Thanks for any tips,

I hope you still have userid "root". That is the administrator for all GRANTs. If you somehow messed up root user, you can re-install.
