Query optimization

Hi friends

Thanks for your help to solve my previous issue .

I need one more clarification to optimize the query . I hope you are solve my issue .

I am using INDEX key to optimize the query . That time in database only 75000 records only but now more then 150000 records so i need again optimize the query. If any idea please send me how to solve the issue .
