Google search redirect

I've noticed this on several different machines and can't figure it out...

When I search for something on google then click on a link, it'll send me to a page other than the one I clicked on. If I click the back button on my browser then re-click the link, all is well.

Can anyone shead some light on this? The machines I've noticed this on are all Windows XP Pro SP2 and the machines are not on the same network and are all using purchased software.

Thanks,

Are they all from the same manufacturer? Do you have a virus or malware? See if there is some add-in that you don't want.

See if the problem happens with Firefox/Opera/Safari as well as IE.

Good luck.

This is happening in all browsers on multiple machines. I've talked to other IT's and I've been told that it happens about every 1 out of 10 searches.

If this is in fact on Google's end, I'll use another search engine... I wish someone could shead some more light on this.
