Sam is creating a console-based application. He needs to ask the name of a file to be copied from the user and creates a copy of this file. What code does he need to write to do so?

1.) This is the bugs forum not the technical questions forum.
2.) There is no need to repeat yourself
3.) Sam needs to decide which programming language to use, learn it, make an attempt at the code and post their code in the relevant forum if they get stuck.
4.) Since no language has been specified I'll move this to the miscellaneous questions forum for now.
