need script pse so users can download file

Hi
I am a self-taught, non-expert volunteer webmaster/developer.
A supporter has created a calendar for our web www.soidog.org to sell to others to raise funds.
I cannot find how to, apart from a hyperlink, allow supporters to download the file.
How do I get the save as/open dialogue box to come up?
Many thanks

I'm not sure what you mean are wanting to create a new form for them to see, and decide where to download to or open?
