identify a value which represents a string in regular expression

I have a string "<html>Books of:<b>John Smith</b><ul><li> <i> Title:</i>DBPrimer</li><li><i> Title:</i>Comp Systems
</li></ul></html>"

and i have a grammar

<html>Books of:<b>#PCDATA</b><ul>(<li><i>Title</i>#PCDATA</li>)+</ul></html>

how can i retrieve all the values which represents #PCDATA of grammar from the first string using java??

ie my output should be John smith, DBPrimer, Comp Systems
with above given input string and grammar

Please help me..
