Send webservice parameters through java bean to exequte page

what im struggling with is to do with web services

i got a

register page
in client app

then

register.java + my webservice + dbconnection.java

register is obviously the bean

ok here is the question

How do i send 7 string parameters through the web service, in the webservice those strings make use of the bean and then go over to the dbconnection where will execute the sql.

to execute the sql i know how to do so basically its just getting it to and from the jsp page

im lost please help anyone

i have everything set up, i just dont know exavtly how to post data from the webservice to the database
