How can I use the following operators in java?

108 100+
I just happened to notice some operators that are completely unknown to me..
I wanted to use these operators but I do not know the syntax and how to use them..
I will be grateful if anyone could show me a way with that..
These are the operators;
1. <<=
2. >>=
3. >>>=

What do these operators do and how can I use them?
