constant height of a table in Itext

I am new to Itext, I have a requirnment to create a table with constant height in body of the pdf page, I need to display some contents in that table if the contents are more, if it wil exceed the table size then it should jump to next page. In case if no records are there then also table height should be same, currently it is coming dynamic for me.
