Can not add J9 VM JRE type

Hi all,

I installed RAD - IBM Rational Application Developer 7.0 and I need to use J9 JDT launching plug-in. I downloaded J9 JDT launching plug-in .zip file from http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.ercp/org.eclipse.jdt.launching.j9/org.eclipse.jdt.launching.j9-plugin.zip?root=DSDP_Project&view=log
and extracted it in the RAD-Eclipse subdirectory.

I did the following: Window-> Prefrences
double click on Java-> Installed JREs -> Add
In the Add JRE window in the JRE type drop down menu there is no J9 VM.
There are only Standard VM and Standard 1.1xVM
