What do you mean by input a txt file? Do you mean open an object that will retrieve data from the txt file? Do you mean ask the user which txt file they'd like to open?

What do you mean by view the txt file at the same time?

Instead of searching for a solution you should be reading about how to use Scanner and FileWriter and then try to write the solution yourself. We are willing to help if you are willing to put some effort yourself.
