bundle JRE with Setup

Hi,

I'm investigating the feasibility of using Java Swing for our networked
application instead of a web application. I understand WebStart helps
alot in this area for ease of deployment, but that requres the user to
already have the JRE installed. Do most users already have a JRE
installed? Windows, Mac, Linux?

Is there a way I can bundle the JRE with my setup program so the user
only has to install one thing instead of two?

Thanks,
-Justin
