Java GUI Builder?

I am programming Java on Eclipse, and I want to build Java GUI application.
Please give me an advice , which Java GUI Builder I should get . Thanks very

Eclipse as a OpenSource plugin named VE (Visual Editor). But I does not
feel very usable to me.

If you are looking for an on open source IDE with a good visual editor
try NetBeans (www.netbeans.org).
