Java and WSDL complexType

Dear All:

I am new to WSDL so I have a question.

I have been using Java/SOAP to get some data from this
web services running at a remote site. Everything
is great except last week when I want to retrieve
some data that are in String[].

In the WSDL provided, the data type returned is

<xsd:complexType name="ArrayOfstring">
<xsd:complexContent>
<xsd:restriction base="soapenc:Array">
<xsd:attribute ref="soapenc:arrayType"
wsdl:arrayType="xsd:string[]" />
</xsd:restriction>
</xsd:complexContent>
</xsd:complexType>
I have been using

org.apache.axis.client.call(String[])

to send over requests. The return type is Object which I can't
cast to (String []).

Any suggestion on how I can obtain the return value when it is an array
of String?

thanks

-Vincent
