menu/list whitspace problem

I'm having a problem with about 3px whitespace at the bottom of the
menu blocks when hovering. I have tried removing the whitespace in the
html code, but this did not appear to solve the problem. Tested the
page and looks good in Mac IE5.2, Safari, NN7 and Win NN7,
Opera7,Mozilla. Problem appears on Mac Opera 6 and Win IE6.

Do a Google search on "3px bug"; it sounds like you're running into a well-
known problem, at least on IE6.

That's 3px on horizontal scale, usually next to a left
floated div.
The OP is talking about 3px at the bottom of his menu
blocks. This is caused by margins. If you set the top and
bottom margins of all these items in the menu to 0, the
space will disappear. (tried and tested)
