My tables won't align to center :( What's wrong with my code?

Hello! I'm trying to design a myspace for my band but the banner won't align to the center why is that so? Now I've erased the alignment code which i tried but I'd like someone to show me how to fix this code so that the banner will align to the center, please! How should I make the banner (tables with the images) align to the center?
