Search and Table Cell CSS.

I have used a CSV to HTML table converter. And have the file in a frame. I have never done this and don't have dreamweaver or anything good. Just Notepad++. I know a lot about html but not enough to do what is needed. I don't know how to right a search for the form or how to make it so when the table has an empty cell it's one color and if it has something in the cell another color. I figured this is CSS but I am not sure how to go about it.

html and css are not programming languages so they cannot perform searches. You need a programming language but that's another board. Try javascript though others can do this.
