Embed HTML to send Email

Hi all,
I have a jpg picture and a form in which the form gets the feedback of the people.
I had tried to send it thru email, but i dont get it in correct format.
I tried in front page,outlook express. But i failed. I get like attachment and the form alone as inline.
Also i had given a background color for that page. But wen displaying that color is not shown.
Pls help. Im working in this for last 2 days...

Sorry chap!

this doesn't make much sense.... if you are trying to send e-mails using HTML... simple answer is you can't you need to use a server side language.... you can make it appear that the html is sending the email like this....
