Firefox linking stylesheets

http://www.indigojam.co.uk/

Any ideas why firefox only imports some of my stylesheet but not all of it?

It manages to get the fonts and colours, but nothing to do with positioning any of the elements or setting their borders or backgrounds. IE and Safari both manage to apply the whole stylesheet with no problems.

What version of FF, IE and Safari do you use?
Stylesheets were intended to make life easier for people creating and maintaining websites. IE6 can be a real a pain in the neck when it comes to correctly implementing CSS-standards. FireFox conforms much better to CSS-standards then IE6 (and lower) does. So I expect you probably tailored your stylesheets to IE6, and that is exactly what you shouldn't have done.

Have a look at http://www.positioniseverything.net/explorer.html and understand why CSS sometimes turns out to be frustrating. Or search the web on "CSS and IE6".

In the meantime I visited your website and read that you overcame these troubles. When you want to earn a living creating websites be ready to handle this sort of problems - and all the frustration coming out of them (and in the end: the relieve and satisfaction of finding a working solution), mostly caused by lack of discipline to adhere to standards other than the "standards set by Microsoft".
