Creating a JPanel type of look and feel in HTML or Borders with embedded text within

Hello,
Is is possible in any way to create someting similar to this i,e JPanel in Javaswing using HTML /CSS.
The border for a table/ div for example has some text embedded within it.
Something like this on on the four sides of an area .

Any help would be greatly appretiated

Yes, but I don't remember jpanels having any particular layout. Are you talking about a swing grid layout?

So you want a main content pane in the middle and notes or some such around the outside? This converts well to absolutely positioned divs.
