Does it show any CSS formatting at all?

Is it possible to have a link to this page or the HTML?

You need to provide a link or some of the code which you think is causing the problem.

In many cases it's a matter of the file not in the correct path on the server or a directory setting in Apache so it knows where to get the file.

I'm thinking this should actually go on the Apache board.
