Force justification of inline frame contents

Hello. I'm Johnny Cash.
Actually I have a bit of a problem. I have a page with an inline frame.
The contents of the frame are wider than the frame (and designed that
way). The newest content in the frame should be on the left hand side
(with scroll bars appearing when necessary to deal with the rest that
may not fit). However some users report with scrollbars the contents of
the frame right justified rather than left. Is there a way I can force
the justification of the contents of the inline frame? Thanks friends.
