iframe -- how reliable is height=100%

Hello,
I was hoping someone could give me an idea of how effective the
height=100%, width=100% attributes of the iframe tag are?
Specifically, I am concentrating on the major browsers -- Netscape 7+,
IE 6+.

Thanks for sharing, - Dave
