retrieving data from a form

Hello,

I have made a simple web page.
Now I want to add a form.

How do I retrieve the data that is entered into the form ?

By writing a program to run on your web server that will process it.
This can be a CGI program or it can be in PHP or Perl or Java Server
Pages (JSP) or Active Server Pages (ASP) or something similar. So,
find out which of those is available on your web server, and then get
a book on the subject.
