I have some links on a dark background so I want them to appear in light
colors rather than the standard link colors. I use the link pseudo-class to
do this, as follows:

This works in IE6 but not in Firefox. The link originally shows in standard
blue with an underline, which is almost invisible against the dark blue
background. The hover color is correct and once visited, it does show in the
visited color (white), but the "a:link" attribute isn't working. Is there a
way I can fix this to work in both browsers? The page is at:
