css div width percentages not working in IE

Basically I have a table row with some tabs. The tabs are
divs. in the div, I have a left image for the left side of the tabs,
the tab
name, and then in the tab styling (.tabOff below) I have the right
corner as a background image. The width percentage of the tab is
dynamically generating so it expands the length of my table row (so if
there's three tabs the width is 33%). Anyway, it works in Firefox, but
it doesn't stretch out in IE. And my left corner image doesn't even
align left within the div. There's a gap.
