div float and background problem

First thing, i don't know how to make picture (the one with company logo) to
float to the top right corner of the middle content box. In IE works fine,
in mozilla it goes to the bottom.
Second thing, i don't know how to make gray background of right column to go
to the bottom. It works fine in Mozilla but does not in IE...

I'll appreciate any tips that can help me to solve this things.

For what it is worth, it seems that it goes "below the left-floated
curves", rather than simply "to the bottom". Fix your markup errors and see
if that changes anything.

I don't know that. Anyway, floats are tricky and break easily (due to
"imperfect" rendering). Do you know how your site is rendered by Opera 7.54
on Linux, with a roughly 800px large viewport?
