Hi,
I am trying fix the toggle menu when i click on the bars the cross sign show, but when i click outside the bars than the cross sign doesn't show.

I have an animation set to two divs that appear near the bottom of the page. It's a spin animation but it's making the divs turn, so the divs cause the bottom of the page to move up and down as the transparent part of the divs turns around.
Is there someway to fix the bottom of the page to avoid this blank space appearing when the divs turn?

I am a print graphic designer, know very very little of web design. I designed this website bigeyeslion.com for myself years ago, use a template. And latterly I updated some of the text and imgs, nothing else. I tested it locally, everything is working. But after uploaded it to my ftp, all the css is not working.
