How to identify the client computer?

1 New Member
I am maintaining and enhancing a public site, which has payments and public services. The owner of the site has counters to serve public. so people can walk in to the counters and search & buy. When this site is accessed from their counters the transactions to be tracked counter wise.

When I try to get the IP of the counter PC, instead of the IP of its own I am getting the IP of the Proxy Server. so I couldn't track the IP of the counter PCs?

The IP are used in the counters is Interanl IP configuration.

Could any one give suggesstions to identify the client pc from the server?

Regards,
Velan
