I have tried to look for a solution to the problem of sending parameters to stored procedures through crystal report.
Following is the code:
Now what happens is that if i do not apply the logon information the crystal reports works fine by accepting the parameter values and giving the Database Logon prompt when we run the report.
But I would...

Does any Excel guru out there know how you can test the contents of a cell to see if it's contents are a formula rather than a value - here's the kicker - not using vba?
Thanks.

address verification, Street address lookup...etc.
None of these seem to capture my current need which is:
I have a database of street addresses within a school district and need a script whereby parents can input their address to see if they are in the district.
Sounds simple enough. Apparently I'm not using the correct terminology...

While I do have a specific question about using 'jobs' in WinZip version 10, first I'd just like to establish this - does anyone actually use this feature of WinZip? It looks as though it could be very handy.

I am really interested in becoming a computer-programmer type person, most likely for Microsoft. Does anyone know how much a computer person, on average, would make a year? Most of the estimates I've seen weren't that much, $40,000 - $70,000.

I have a file saved as .doc When I send that out via email as an attachment, some users can't open the attachment (some can and some can't). Can I resolve this on my end somehow? If I sent the file in .txt format, would that solve the problem?
Thanks for your help!!

I have a friend , honest-it wasn't me, who has locked themselves out of their computer because they gave it a password and have now forgotten what it was. They just don't use it much, so they forgot what it was.
Is there any easy way...
