How to Fix website Backup Restore Error

I'm facing difficulties during restore of website data. A month ago I did a backup of my website and save it on my PC. but now I want to restore my backup on the server. Can anyone tell me how to do that. I'm facing errors like connection error in filezilla.

I expect FileZilla to be stable. It seems to be just using a simple, stable, FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
Maybe you have connection problems like a misspelled login (or password).

Maybe you have other settings to consider for the FTP to work.

Maybe the host server has a problem of it's own.

Call the administrator of the hosting system (where your web page is being hosted) and ask them to help.
