When the programs are activated the logo for Word 2007 appears and the dounut just continues to spin. Excell will open but won't allow any data input. Explorer won't launch at all. These were working fine at first but stopped all at once not over a period of time.
I have a gig of ram running VISTA.

Thanks for the post any help would be appreciated.

try preforming a repair or even a re-install

Tried both but still no good, tried a restore, no good. When I try and open Word it encourages me to open in safe mode in order to find and perhaps fix the problem.
Opening in safe mode isn't a problem for me but where do I go from there?

Thanks again
