Using Select and passing parameter to procedure

Hello,

I have a query which is

select custno,custname,note from customer

but I have a procedure and I need to pass path of file to it. That procedure get a value and read file.
Path of file is in "note" field in the customer.
My problem is I want to display data like this

select custno,custname,note,(I want to pass value to procedure here and value is inside note field) from customer
