Special considerations to backup using ntbackup

Hello there,

We're getting ready to roll out a windows server 2003 box running DB2
8.2.2 Express on it. I'm wondering what special considerations I need
to take in order for ntbackup to correctly back up the system and what
I'll need to do to correctly back up the database.

Any suggestions or guidance very welcome. :-)

Have a great day,
Mesan

I would let ntbackup take responsibility for my DB2 backups.
Look at the db2 backup command and also look at the automation services db2
offers in V8.2 to take care of your backups.
