Offline Temporary Tablespace

I had the exact same problem today with the Temporary Tablespace
errors. My disk was dirty (chkntfs e:) and all I had to do was bounce
that disk resource (we're on a cluster). Once the resource came back
up after running a quick chkdsk, the errors ceased.
