db2 crash

I'm a newbie to db2..I had and issue this morning where the instance
crashed. the db2diag log is below. I am unable to find the
t11823.*(referenced below) file anywhere. We are on version 8.1.0.24
fixpak 3, unix backend. Does anyone have any advice on where else I
can look to troubleshoot this?

Thanks

I would recommend doing exactly what the error message tells you to do:
"Contact IBM Support for further assistance", rather than looking elsewhere.

Hi,
Even I am facing a similar issue. Could you find any solution to this? Is there some way to debug these logs and make some heads and tails out of it?

Thanks for the help in advance.
