Function call did not function.

Below is the problem I facing.Please help me fix it.Thank you.
1.I cant display the whole name list.
2.In the search function,I can only search for the first two name,but the other;s name cannot found.
3.In the delete account function, if I enter the account number,it will continue loop.
Please help me fix it.Very Urgent.
