unable to use any of the header files

I tried giving "stdio.h" instead of <stdio.h>
The file is there in my hard disk also.
Still not working out.

That’s too bad. We can help, but you need to ask a properly formed question, and give us details. “Not working” is not informative. In fact, don’t tell us that. Give us exactly what you did, what you expected, and what results you saw that deviated from what you expected. Did you see a message? Copy paste that message here. Did something not happen? Tell us precisely what did not happen (and what you were expecting).

If you are using C, it is <stdio.h>, not “stdio.h”. Do tell us what OS, compiler, and IDE you are using, because this is most likely a system or IDE configuration issue.
